The Cottages
Alltwen and Tal-y-Fan offer quality 5-star self-catering holiday accommodation. They were newly built in 2005 to the very highest standard with 5 Star WTB accreditation, these cottages can accommodate four people comfortably. Each cottage has all amenities in order to make your visit a memorable one. They are located near the quiet village of Dwygyfylchi, outside Penmaenmawr, Conwy, with spectacular views over the sea and the mountains. Off-road parking is provided, and the A55 is easily accessible. They could provide an ideal base for exploring Snowdonia and North Wales, with local amenities just a short drive away.
The Grounds
Glyn Uchaf Cottages nestle in 11 acres of Snowdonia National Park land with a beautiful small lake home to our own freindly ducks, you'll find nature thriving in abundance everywhere. The grounds offer stunning elevated panoramic views of the sea, mountains, and the delightful Sychnant Pass. Fantastic arae to relax and watch the most beautiful sunsets in summer, Glyn Uchaf is a unique place to stay.
Altwen Cottage
Alltwen Cottage offers quality five star self catering accommodation. It can accommodate up to 5 people with a very large double bedroom and a large twin room. The cottage has an intimate kitchen and lounge from which you can walk out on to your own terrace with beautiful rustic furniture, there is parking available for two cars.
Tal-y-Fan
Tal-y-Fan Cottage offers self-catering 5 star holiday accommodation. Fashionably furnished, spacious and equipped to the highest possible standards, this luxurious cottage is ideal for romantics and has a large double bedroom and a sofa bed in a large living room/kitchen when necessary. There is a large private terrace Ffound through the stable doors, there is also a secure locked area for the two properties where bikes etc can be stored. Parking available for two cars.

Penmaenmawr is only 4 miles from the historic town of Conwy with a world famous castle and the Victorian seaside resort of Llandudno with first rate shopping facilities, is only a short drive away.
