Bodysgallen Hall lies at the end of a winding drive in 200 acres of wooded parkland and beautiful formal gardens. Magnificent views encompass the sweep of the Snowdonia mountain range and the hotel looks down on the imposing medieval castle at Conwy.

This Grade I listed house was built mainly in the 17th century, but the earliest feature is a 13th century tower, reached by a narrow winding staircase, once used as a lookout for soldiers serving the English kings of Conwy and now a safe place from which to admire the fabulous views.

Since 2001, the hotel features 17 spacious bedrooms in the house and 16 delightful cottage suites in the grounds. The restaurant has received 4 dining awards from the AA and RAC and its menus feature delicious dishes using fresh local ingredients.

The Bodysgallen Spa comprises a spacious swimming pool, steam room, sauna, solarium, gym, beauty salons, and holistic therapy rooms, and a club room.

The hotel is ideally placed for visiting the many historic castles and stately homes in North Wales. Famous golf courses adorn the coastline. Bodysgallen Hall is a member of Pride of Britain Hotels.

Accommodation
Within the main hall are 17 sumptuous bedrooms including two principle suites, The Mostyn Suite and The Vaughan Suite. Each bedroom is individually decorated and furnished with antique furniture and works of art, enjoying glorious views of Bodysgallen's parkland or gardens, with some rooms having further reaching views of Conwy Castle or the distant Mountains of Snowdonia.

Sixteen cottage suites, with picturesque names like The Smithy, Box Cottage and Pineapple Lodge, are situated in the grounds, and provide accommodation for guests preferring a greater degree of privacy. Many cottages enjoy their own private gardens, and some are in close proximity to the Bodysgallen Spa. All are charming and delightful.

Hotel Spa
The Spa is approached by a short walk through the garden or by a private road. Converted from an original stone built farm it contains a magnificent 50' swimming pool edged with comfortable reclining chairs, whirlpool spa bath, steam room and sauna. A superb gymnasium has all the latest technologically advanced equipment, suitable for all ranges of fitness. A comfortable Club Room is a place where guests and members can relax and enjoy drinks and light meals, which in the summer are also served on the terrace.

Residential guests have full use of the Bodysgallen Spa, indoor swimming pool, whirlpool spa bath, steam room, sauna, gymnasium and Club Room. Children of residents, between the ages of 8 and 16, may use the spa within designated times when accompanied by an adult. Hotel guests may bring up to two guests at an additional charge per guest per visit.
