Annwen & Arwel Owen welcome you to Y Gelli, a family-run Guest House offering bed and breakfast in North Wales.

Y Gelli has been established for over 20 years, and is situated in its own extensive grounds on the edge of Llanfairfechan, an unspoiled Victorian seaside town on the North Wales coast.

The Lovely victorian village of Llanfairfechan is conveniently situated between the university city of Bangor and the medieval town of Conwy in a picturesque setting between mountains and sea. The village has a small bustling community with a variety of shops and offers a range of activities and amenities including; European blue flag beach, nine hole golf course, bowling and croquette lawn, tennis courts, pony trekking, mountain bike trails, cycle track, bird watching and mountaineering, fishing trips, children's play area and skate park, pubs and restaurants, regular local bus services and a railway station on the main line to Chester and Holyhead.

Llanfairfechan is within close proximity of the A55 Expressway, which is now the gateway into Snowdonia, Anglesey and the port of Holyhead for easy access to Ireland.

Enjoy walking in the surrounding scenic hills or, for the more energetic, tackle Snowdonia and the 14 peaks. Llanfairfechan is ideal for bird-watching, cycling and leisure pursuits, especially walking, bird-watching, and cycling.

 

We have 3 rooms on 2 floors.

1 x Single room, with en-suite bathroom (Ground floor)

1 x Double room with en-suite bathroom and dressing room

1 x Family room, (1 x double bed, 1 x single bed) with en-suite bathroom
All rooms have TV and Tea/Coffee making facilities.

At Y-Gelli Bed and Breakfast in North Wales we have English, Welsh or Continental breakfasts are available. We do not provide lunches or evening meals, but there is a variety of places to eat within Llanfairfechan - pubs, restaurant, cafes and take-away's, or sandwich shops.

Y-Gelli Bed and Breakfast in North Wales has a private car parking on site. We are open all year round, including Christmas and New Year - please contact us for further details. Sorry, but we can not cater for pets.

Single room, en-suite: From £25 per person, per night.
Family room, (double + single), en-suite: From £22.50 per person, per night.
Junior Suite, dressing room, ensuite: From £25 per person, per night.
