The guest accommodation is over 100 years old and we go to great lengths to retain that irreplaceable air of Edwardian elegance and space. To this end we are assisted by nature in the form of our glorious, award winning, garden which is an area of delight for our guests and from whence the sun streams in to the intimate dining room. Modern technology, though, adds considerably to the building itself with our Victorian style conservatory being a particularly pleasing area with views to the garden.
Peaceful Edwardian elegance is at its most perfect in the blue lounge. Here, below the high, ornate ceilings, comfortable sofas and armchairs provide an ideal place for guests to meet and chat perhaps over a pre or post dinner drink.
The Epperstone is an imposing detached building where, with just eight en-suite rooms, our guests are assured of personal attention if required... and peace, quiet and privacy at all other times. Life here seems to move at a slower, more relaxed pace and, whilst Epperstone has all the facilities (and more) of a modern, purpose built hotel the atmosphere could not be more contrasted!
