Split Willow Restaurant North Wales Jane & John Mills are the new owners of Split Willow (October 2004) and have spent considerable effort refurbishing the main public areas. The main function areas (lower car park) are now fully available for large & small parties. It is anticipated that the main restaurant (upstairs) will be re-opened in early 2007. In the meantime, all meals are served downstairs in either the main function room on Sunday lunchtimes and/or in the delightful cosy annex most evenings - bookings are required. Jane & John are pleased to cater for couples, small or large family get togethers, at lunchtime or evenings and have a menu available to suit your particular needs. As the rooms we have available are flexible and adaptable and can be used for a variety of occasions, we do prefer and indeed need to work to reservations. This allows us to give you the optimum attention for your special occasion. A ‘value for money’ menu is available Tuesday to Friday lunchtimes (12-2pm) and includes homemade Lasagne or Steak Pie, Gammon, Omelette, Plaice Goujons - all freshly cooked to order and costs £3.25. Traditional Sunday Lunches are available from 12 - 2pm. Bookings are advised. Roast Sirloin of Beef is always available and either Roast Leg of Pork or Roast Leg of Welsh Lamb (often all three are available - allowing the indecisive the opportunity of having a ‘Trio’. Homemade Yorkshire Puddings and Gravy are a speciality. The 3- course meal is available for just £9.25. Evening meals are from an a la carte menu and are available, by reservation only, most evenings of the week. Dependant upon numbers evening meals are normally served in the delightful, cosy annex room, perfect for the small group (upto 12 persons) or a few couples looking for a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. On average a 3-course meal is +/- £15. The Split Willow
is also ideally laid out for larger function-style occasions. Split
