Welcome
to Llanthony Valley, and our unique holiday cottages regarded
by
many as the loveliest valley in the Brecon
Beacons National
Park, we are easily accessible and yet remote. A narrow winding
road, off the A465 Abergavenny to Hereford Road, meanders through
a valley of contrasts, reaching it’s scenic climax at Gospel
Pass then dropping down into the world renowned second hand bookshop
town of Hay-on-Wye.
Bedding and linen are provided. Bathroom and toilet. The cottage, set in one acre, has a very attractive cottage/wildlife garden with several seating areas, one by the river, which skirts the paddock, another under a covered patio. There is a small stretch of trout fishing on the river Honddu and plenty of space for children to play, boules pitch and barbecue. A haven for artists and ornithologists (with over 33 species sighted in the garden). Ty
