Pistyll Gwyn Holiday Cottage provides a unique 'get away from it all' holiday .Traditional, comfortable farmhouse sits gently under the hill with panoramic views of the surrounding hills and the upper reaches of the beautiful Wye Valley below. It has much character with large stone fireplace, beams, an original tiled floor furnished in traditional style. The house has spring water, and is reached by a 500 yard track .Walking is superb whether by valley, woodland or waterside. Lots of wildlife including red kites, goldfinches and woodpeckers. Fox, badger, hare and rabbit being a common sight as well.

The cyclist is well catered for with the National Cycle Trail passing through Llanwrthwl. Also the cycle path around the beautiful Elan Valley lakes.

PISTYLL GWYN - Services (Sleeps up to 8)
Dining lounge, kitchen, bathroom with toilet and shower unit above bath, 4 bedrooms—1 double, 2 twin, 1 children's bunk (downstairs). Wood burning stove in lounge (logs provided). Radiators for all rooms. Electricity and bed linen included in rent. Use of garage for 1 car-parking for 4 cars. Cot. Highchair. C.T.V. Microwave, Dishwasher. Grassed area with barbecue, table and chairs. Maximum of 2 pets, under strict control please (sheep).

Pistyll Gwyn is available from mid-March to November and our prices range from £170 to £350 per week. If you require a price list please contact either of us.

It is well placed for touring Mid Wales. Rhayader, Llandrindod Wells and Builth Wells with leisure centers, bowling greens, parks, tennis courts etc., Elan Valley lakes 5 miles. West Wales coast 40 miles.
