Orchard Holiday Cottage Sleeps 4

Orchard cottage is a single storey building furnished to a high standard. French windows lead into a charming living room with oak floor, gas 'living flame' fire, and an attractive kitchen area which includes, washing machine, dish washer, fridge, microwave, gas hob and electric oven. The reclaimed oak flooring continues to a twin bedroom with ensuite shower room (walk in shower) and a well furnished conservatory completes the accommodation. T.V, C.D player, gas central heating, sofa bed, private lawn and patio with garden furniture.

The cottage is annexed to (but quite seperate from) the owners house in a private residential area. Orchard cottage is just 400m from the centre of the historic market town of welshpool, where there are various shops, supermarkets, pubs and restaurants.

The magnificent powys castle is a short walk from the town centre throught the beautiful parkland.

Other tourist attractions include Powysland museum, montgomery canal, Welshpool and Llanfair light railway, leisure centre. There are also served golf courses within a short drive. Many walks are close by including Offa's Dyke and Glyn Dwrs way.
