Llanerchcoedlan bed and breakfast nestles in a peaceful valley in mid Wales, a mile from the main road at Llyswen between Brecon and Builth Wells. We offer our guests bed and breakfast farm accommodation, on a working farm on the borders of Wales and England close to the Brecon Beacons.

Many aspects of the local terrain here near Llyswen, Mid Wales can be reached and enjoyed. Llanerchcoedlan farm bed and breakfast is over three hundred years old, with modern comforts and enchanting rooms, offering the peace of a lovely farm break that can only be found in the country. Close by, within the grounds of our bed and breakfast farm, you will find a sulphur well that, in the 17th century, ladies dressed in crinolines arrived in horse drawn carriages to bathe in the rich sulphur waters.

For the energetic we are on a cycling route through Mid Wales, and there are magnificent walks over the Brecon Beacons National Park and the Wye Valley walk, or you can enjoy a restful picnic on the farm, by the Sgithwyn Brook and waterfall that runs into the river Wye. If you are looking for other ways to enjoy the outstanding beauty of the local Mid Wales countryside in and around Llyswen, then pony-trekking or canoeing is available locally.

Within easy reach of our mid Wales bed and breakfast farm are the many outstanding tourist venues well worth visiting, such as theHay-On-Wye townof books, where the famous Hay on Wye festival takes place. Our bed and breakfast farm is not far from Builth Wells which is the location of the Royal Welsh Showground where many annual events are held including the RoyalWelsh Show, the annual antiques fair and car and motorbike rallies. These are just a few examples of the local events that attract many visitors to the Llyswen area every year.

Llanerchcoedlan Farm Guest House consists of three guest bedrooms: 1 double room, 1 twin room and 1 family room with a cot. All rooms have en-suite facilities. There are also tea and coffee amenities and hairdryers in all the rooms. There are two sitting/ dining rooms for guests to relax in.
