Wye Cottage sleeps 6 but can sleep a further 2 people on a settee bed in the lounge area, it has 3 en -suite bedrooms and satisfy the accessibility needs of the independent traveller who uses a wheelchair. A wood burner is in the lounge area for those warm cosy evenings.
Irfon Cottage a one bedroom cottage has a twin or super king size bed that sleeps 2 but can also sleep a further 2 people on a settee bed in the lounge area.Both cottages can be used for families or groups of up to 12 who wish to spend time together in relaxing surroundings. The cottages have an adjoining patio area where you will find the hot tub.
A lovely big garden with a BBQ area and a children's play area. We have a play barn where there are various toys for the children to use. A separate laundry room with a washing machine.
A two acre field with a pond can be accessed from the garden where you are welcome to walk amongst the ducks and chickens.
Penrheol Builth Wells Holiday Cottages are the perfect base to explore Mid Wales, the market town of Builth Wells is 1.5 miles away, here you will find various shops, restaurants, a cinema and theatre a golf course and sports centre with an indoor swimming pool, close by are the towns of Llandrindod Wells, Llanwrtyd Wells, Brecon, Hay On Wye, and Elan Valley dams
