Nestling on the easterly slopes of an untouched valley, Glyngynwydd is located in an area of exceptional natural beauty amid Mountains, Hills, Lakes and Rivers, set in twelve acres of land which include; Wildlife, Woodland, Ponds, Meadows, our own Stream and Dingle, with beautifully relaxing gardens for our guests to enjoy.
The five cottages surround a traditional 17th century farmhouse. Each cottage has been sympathetically converted to present five separately designed, beautiful and deceivingly spacious and comfortable self-contained two storey holiday cottages. All buildings have retained their original beams and feature traditional black cast iron stoves in the sitting/dining rooms, which together with electric night storage heaters ensure all year round comfort. All cottages include colour television sets.
Please note there are no extra charges for electricity, gas, linen, towels or basic cleaning materials, all hot water is free. The initial supply of solid-fuel is free with a small charge being made for subsequent supplies.
The cottages are just a few feet from a small stream leading down to the guests garden and barbecue area, beyond which is the old pig sty, now housing the payphone, a fully equipped laundry room, outdoor ball games, barbecue equipment and plenty of outdoor furniture.
There is plenty of parking and garaging available, boats, trailers etc. can be accommodated by prior arrangement.

TY ISAF (Lower House, Sleeps 5.)
Sitting/dining room, fitted kitchen with views over garden and valley. Front facing bedroom with one double and one single bed. Rear twin bedroom, shower room.
TY CANOL BACH (Small Middle House, Sleeps 2.)
Sitting/dining room, shower room, fitted kitchen. exceptionally spacious double bedroom with double aspect windows.
TY CANOL MAWR (Large Middle House, Sleeps 4.)
Sitting/dining room, fitted kitchen, shower room . Double bedroom (front) and twin bedroom (rear).
(Can be let as a joint unit with TY CANOL BACH - interconnecting door between lounges).
TY CORNEL (Corner House, Sleeps 4.)
Sitting/dining room, fitted kitchen. Large, superbly beamed family bedroom, one double and two single beds, shower room.
TY UCHAF (Upper House, Sleeps 4/5.)
Sitting/dining room with views over stream and countryside, fitted kitchen, shower room. Double bedroom with views over farm to hills and valley beyond. Rear bedroom contains one four foot bed and one single bed.
High Chair, Cot and Baby Bath available on request (no charge).
If extra sleeping facilities are required, folding beds are available (at extra charge).
