Want a self-catering holiday in Mid Wales but don't want to be in a holiday park with rows of other caravans? Then this is your answer. The static caravan, set in beautiful gardens with stunning views as far as the Cambrian Mountains, is the only one on our 14 acre smallholding in the heart of Ceredigion. 6 miles from Tregaron, 12 miles from Aberaeron and 14 miles from Aberystwyth. The nearest village is Bronant on the A485, and the property is at the end of a private road so there is absolutely no traffic noise.
The caravan is an Atlas Festival 30, size 30 x 10'. It has one twin and one double bedroom both with fitted wardrobes, providing very spacious accommodation for 2 adults and 2 children. All bedding and towels provided.
Clean well equipped kitchen providing gas cooker with grill and hob, microwave, toaster and kettle, crockery, cutlery and full range of cooking utensils. Fire extinguisher and smoke alarms fitted.
Comfortable lounge with uninterrupted views over the countryside, fitted storage units, TV/DVD and gas heater. Dining area with dining table and seating for four. Bathroom with WC, basin and shower.
Outside is a private deck with a barbecue and garden furniture and an acre of private garden for your exclusive use, featuring a picnic table overlooking a stream and large wildlife pond.
