Welcome to the bed & breakfast section of the Nant-y-croi Farm website . We offer 4 star graded B&B in the farmhouse.
Nant-y-Croi is a 200 acre farm having a herd of Hereford x suckler cows and calves living on fertile land gently sloping to the sea. Horses, ducks,guinea fowl and chickens also live on the farm. The farm is situated 3 miles north of the market town of Cardigan in the small village of Ferwig. The farmland lies on either side of a small valley extending to the Cardigan Bay Coast overlooking Cardigan Island. Nant-y-Croi enjoys extensive sea views. We have a small rocky cove from which you can view dolphins and seals who regular visitors to the seas and rocks around the edge of the farm. The cliffs are home to many species of rare birds & plants.
The sandy beach at Mwnt, Gwbert Yachting Club and Golf Course are 5 min's drive. A footpath from the farm leads to Mwnt beach. The Ceredigion Coastal Path passes through the farmyard & Pembrokeshire coastal path is within easy reach.
We have one double bedroom with en-suite shower room in the farmhouse for visitors requiring bed & breakfast accommodation. The room has its own private entrance, flat screen TV, radio/CD player, tea & coffee making facilities.
We have no set times for breakfast - you decide!
We have an extensive breakfast menu -
Fruit juice, fruit salad & cereals
Full Welsh breafast comprising bacon, sausage, black pudding, hash browns, mushrooms, tomatoes & eggs
OR
Scrambled eggs with smoked salmon
OR Kippers
Toast & preserves
Tea or coffee.
We have a selection of herbal teas & de-caffeinated tea & coffee.
