Welcome to Rose Villa Bed and Breakfast Cardigan Bay West Wales, our 8 acre small holding on the outskirts of Pennant Village. Set in beautiful Welsh countryside and yet no more than 3 miles from the main A487 coastal road.
We are 12 miles from the seaside town of aberystwyth and 27miles from the market town of
Cardigan (aberteifi).
With local wildlife in abundance you do not have to go to far. with Dragon Flies and Water boatmen on our lake, the visiting pair of Canadian Geese, Pheasants, Red Kites and more than you could ever mention.
The town of Aberstwyth is nestled between three hills and two beaches, and hosts some castle ruins, a pier and a harbour. The surrounding hills hold the visible remains of a iron age fort and also a monument to Wellington and once climbed offer stunning views of Cardigan Bay.
Aberystwyth is a University town with some seven thousand students, ensuring it a vibrant throughout the year and not just during summertime. The harbour was once one of the busiest in Wales and is fed by the rivers Ystwyth and Rheidol.
Bed and Breakfast
The bedrooms are all en suite, well appointed and have the added attraction of being on the ground floor with interlocking doors ideal for families and all have their own private access from the property.
We have double rooms and one twin room with en-suite shower rooms. All of the rooms have views over the garden and extending to the fields. With one of the double rooms also having the exclusive use of a sunroom.
All the rooms have colour televisions, tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryers, radio alarms and seating area.
Breakfast
The most important meal of the day
We offer fruit juices, cereals, tea, coffee and a full cooked Welsh Breakfast including freshly laid eggs from our chickens. Any dietary requirements can be catered for with prior notice.
Evening meals may also be available by prior arrangement.
