These fantastic holiday cottages are also just 5 miles from the famous Pendine Beach which boast 9 whole miles of sun, sand and sea. Pendine Beach is famous as this is where the world land speed record took place.
Laugharne is renowned for it's connection with the famous poet and writer Dylan Thomas. He lived here with his wife at The Boat House which is now a famous memorial for the poet and is within walking distance from the holiday cottages. You can also visit his old local, the Browns Hotel, where he would drink and dream up characters for his stories and plays.
All amenities are within walking distance at the local town of Laugharne.
With the cottages being in a rural location there are some superb walking paths surrounding them making these cottages also ideal for walking holidays.
The Cottages
Three luxury self-catering holiday cottages available to rent through out the year. The Cow Barn, The Stable, and The Cart House. All three are in keeping with the same decor and feature stonewalls, barn-like beams and under-floor heating for those cold country nights. Each cottage has its own BBQ area with outdoor seating to fully enjoy the summer. A kiddies play area is also on site. Each cottage with enough space for up to 6 cars per cottage if needed right next to the cottages.
The Cow Barn and The Stable can be rented together sleeping up to 13 people for group holidays or large families
The Cow Barn
A luxurious cottage with three nice sized bedrooms, one double room, one twin room (the beds can be locked together to form a superking room) and one room with bunk beds. The Cottage can sleep up to eight people with a sofa bed if required. It has one bathroom and a separate wet room on the ground floor making it suitable for disabled people. The cottage also has a lobby, dining area, living area, and a fully equipped kitchen with integrated appliances.
Modern luxuries including satellite HD-TV, DVD player, WiFi, stereo system and underfloor heating.
The Stable
This wonderfully romantic cottage has one large double bedroom making it a perfect getaway for couples but can also be used as family room with the potential to sleep up to 5 people using a sofa bed if needed. It has a shower/bathroom, a wonderful and unique sun room which is completely glass fronted and makes waking up a pleasure as you can see right out over the countryside. It also comprises of a fitted kitchen with integrated appliances, and a dining/linving area.
As with all the cottages it also includes all modern luxuries including Satillite HD-TV, DVD player, WiFi and stereo system.
The Cart House
The cart house has three good sized bedrooms, 1 double room, 1 twin room (beds can be locked together to form a super-king room) and 1 room with bunk beds and sleeps up to eight people using sofa beds if required. It has a bathroom/shower, fitted kitchen with integrated appliances, dining area and living room.
It also features digital TV, DVD player, WiFi, stereo system, aswell as large patio doors to the front opening out from the living are.
