Anthea Jones welcomes guests to stay at her warm and friendly working Welsh sheep farm. We have a loyal customer base who returns to stay with us again and again to sample our Welsh hospitality and good food.

We are located just 8 miles north of Llandovery in the upper reaches of the Tywi Valley, which must be one of the most beautiful areas of Wales. The immediate area abounds in natural and unspoilt scenic beauty and wildlife and the Guest House is a perfect centre from which to explore the magnificent surrounding countryside and forests. Whether exploring by foot or car, the possibilities are almost endless.

Well known for our highly acclaimed cooking, we offer a wide breakfast choice to suit all appetites. Our dining room offers the best of welsh food in traditional dishes, meats such as welsh lamb and welsh beef, together with vegetables, cheeses and fruits (according to the season), all are prepared to the very highest standards. After an excellent meal relax in the comfortable sitting room in front of a crackling log fire. Advance booking is essential for dinner.

The village inn is at the end of the drive so very convenient for a pre dinner drink!

All the pictures in the world cannot ensure some of the other essentials that a good guest house can provide; we reassure you that we keep to the highest possible standards in cleanliness and service.

We have three letting rooms a twin, double and single.

Directions from the M4:
At the western end of the M4 (Jct49)
At the roundabout proceed straight along the A48 toward Carmarthen
At the next roundabout turn right towards Llandelio on the A467
At the end of this road turn left into Fair Fach then through Llandelio
At the roundabout go straight over towards Llandovery
Stay on this road until Llandovery.
Once in Llandovery, take the left hand turn just after the petrol garage. In 300 yrd turn left towards Rhandirmwyn
Follow this road for approximately 5 miles
We are situated on the left hand side of the road you will see a large sign with "Nant y Bai Mill" on it, pull in!
