Cardiff Self Catering Town Houses set in the heart of Cardiff Bay. Three storey, renovated 4 bed roomed town houses in a Grade 2 listed conservation area, enjoying uninterrupted views over the sea. (Sleeps 8+3/4 children). The property's have period features including fire places and solid wood floors. Each can be rented individually.
Take boat trips or hire a sailing boat at Cardiff Bay waterfront. The new Wales Millennium Centre, cinema, Techniquest, bars and a large selection of restaurants are two minutes walk away.
Cardiff centre with the Millennium Stadium, Cardiff Castle, its Civic Centre and excellent shopping is close by.
In property 1, on the ground floor there is a lounge, dining room, large kitchen with conservatory breakfast area, french doors lead out to an enclosed garden. Separate Utility room and cloakroom. First floor has a shower room and a large, family bathroom with free standing, roll top bath with a separate shower. A few steps up are the 1st & 2nd double bedroom, one with views over the bay, this large family room includes a double sofa bed. The top floor has 3rd & 4th double bedrooms, with a single bed in each for family use. One has a king size bed and Bay views. There is a further shower room on this level.
Property 2 has similar features and benefits from having 2 en suite bathrooms as well as a large family bathroom.
Cardiff bay on the doorstep
Cardiff City Centre is a 20min walk or short ride by bus or train. Here you will find the landmark Millennium Stadium, home of international rugby and host to FA cup finals and music events. Cardiffis 'Europe's Youngest Capital', yet also has a historic side. Cardiff Castle dominates the centre of the city, here you can take guided tours. The castle is flanked by the Civic Centre where the National Museum of Wales is sited.
Cardiff has excellent shopping facilities, with both modern malls and Victorian arcades. There are many more restaurants, bars, cinemas and theatres to be found here, including Cardiff International Arena, a venue for pop concerts.
