Ger Y Llan is a spacious family bungalow in a quiet country location surrounded by beautiful gardens. It is close to the wonderful Blue flag sandy beach of Benllech perfect for traditional family holidays. The village has excellent amenities local shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs and take-aways. Golf course, fishing, horse riding and water sports are all close by. It is perfectly situated to discover the scenic delights of Anglesey and the stunning Snowdonia National Park. An ideal base for cycling and walking holidays around the Anglesey Coastal Path.
Our house is an attractive family home all on one level. With 3 bedrooms , sitting room large louge, dinning room and utility room. .
Easy steps lead from the large drive onto a sunny patio and front door. The large lounge has a comfy sofa and chairs with Freeview TV . Patio doors opening onto another small patio leading to the mature gardens.
The large bright kitchen is very well equipped. It has an electric hob, built in double oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. This leads into the dining room in the conservatory with double doors out onto the rear garden.
The sitting room has a flat screen TV, DVD , Video and CD player. With a 2 seater sofa and sofa bed that provides extra sleeping if required. A wide selection of book's,videos, CD's,DVD's and board games are available.
The utility room has a washing machine and freezer. An ideal drying area for beach towels, dogs etc. Ample storage for bikes, wet suits etc.
The spacious master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite with large bath, walk in electric shower, vanity unit and WC.
One double and one twin bedroom are also well appointed.
Main bathroom has a shower over the bath, loo and wash hand basin.
Outside are large, lawned gardens and a driveway that will easily park 3 cars and a boat.
Cot, highchair, safety gate and baby bath available.
All Bed linen and towels are provided.
