Foel Farm Park Accommodation

Foel Farm is a working farm situated in a beautiful location on the shores of the Menai Strait near Brynsiencyn, south west Anglesey, overlooking Caernarfon Castle and Snowdonia.

The cottage consists of large spacious hallway with skylight and old stone stairs leading up to a double bedroom. The double bedroom has fabulous views of the sea and Snowdonia.

The bathroom is below the double room and is a good size room with airing cupboard, bath, washbasin and toilet. The cottage is centrally heated. Linen is provided. There is no telephone in the cottage.

From the hall wide steps lead up to the main living area. This is a large room with kitchen at one end, dining table and chairs in the centre and television, sofa and chairs at the far end. The room has double French doors that open onto a small patio and garden. The garden is shared with the farmhouse. The kitchen is small and compact and has electric cooker, microwave and fridge.
The second bedroom is off the main living area. It also has the same views, twin beds and a sofa bed that can be made up into a double bed.

Due to the proximity of the animals and farm activities the accommodation is best suited to families who enjoy farm life. Dogs are only allowed in the accommodation and garden and not on the farmland except after hours and then only on a lead. The tenants are expected to supervise their children on the farm and have respect for the movement of tractors and livestock around the yard. area. There is parking for one car outside the cottage but when the farm is open parking must be in the main farm park car park to allow the movement of tractors and trailer through the yard past the cottage. The cottage is strictly non-smoking.

Within the farm park attached to the farmhouse. It was originally the dairy and dairymaid's accommodation and has been tastefully converted into a holiday cottage for 4/6 people. The farm park has a cafe, snack bar, licensed function room and a chocolate factory making exclusive hand made chocolates.

 

Prices: £195 to £350 per week.
Short breaks available from £20 per person per night.

Foel Farm Park
Foel Farm Park offers a great family visit to experience the sights, sounds and smells of a real working farm. We invite all visitors to meet, touch and feed the animals. The visit offers good value for money with generous discounts for family groups - pay once at entry and all the rides are FREE.
The whole family can take a tractor & trailer tour of the farm to meet our shire horses and for the more adventurous we offer a thrilling mini trailer ride pulled behind the quad bike - there are pony rides for smaller children.

 

 

Small bags of feed are on sale for all to enjoy contact with our farmyard friends. In spring and early summer you can have a go at bottle-feeding the lambs or calves.

As a Member of National Association for Farms for Schools, we host school trips, and offer a great place for children's parities. All in all, Foel Farm Park is a great day out whatever your age!

Chocolate Factory
The chocolate factory makes the delicious chocolates. A unique collection of chocolates are hand crafted to produce a mouthwatering choice for everyone -classic continental chocolates, pralines, fondants and chocolate liqueurs.

Our chocolate artiste creates an amazing range of chocolate novelties - beautifully moulded chocolate animals - Christmas figures - Valentine and Easter presents and other special gifts.
The Chocolate Shop offers a wonderful selection of hand-made chocolates, we also offer a choice of fabulous gift selection boxes, gift wrapping and a chocolate mail order service.

Relax and enjoy home cooking in our licensed restaurant and Cafe Bar.
Situated next to the Chocolate Workshop the Bistro overlooks the sea and mountains. On sunny days The Garden Terrace is a perfect place to eat and drink overlooking Snowdonia and the Menai Strait.
