There is separate access along the side of the house and through the garden.
The accommodation has two double bedrooms one with a door leading out to a private patio area. There is a spacious lounge with picture window overlooking the bay, dining area, well equipped kitchen and bathroom with bath and shower over.

This newly refurbished spacious apartment is on the ground floor of the former guest house and has spectacular views across the bay to Llandudno, Puffin Island and the Snowdon range.
The accommodation has entrance hall, double bedroom with king size bed and en-suite shower room, a comfortable and spacious lounge, dining room/sun room overlooking the garden and with lovely views, newly fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and also with views.
There is a balcony area with garden furniture overlooking the garden with sea and mountain views.

One parking space for each property in front of the house and additional spaces available in the nearby free car park.
Both properties are NON SMOKING although guests may smoke on the deck areas.
Pets are welcome by arrangement.
