The 18th Century Cottage at Coed y Berclas sits detached from the owners' home in 5 acres of land set between Menai Bridge and the lovely historic town of Beaumaris on the Isle of Anglesey. It sleeps 4 people in 3 bedrooms, one double and two singles. The bathroom has a spacious good flowing hot shower. No bath. Downstairs there is a dining kitchen and a cosy sitting room. The cottage has recently been sympathetically restored by the owners. Guests are welcome to sit, undisturbed, in the orchard, next to the cottage, and enjoy unspoilt views over the Menai Strait to the whole of the Snowdonia range beyond.

Facilities:

Menai Bridge and the lovely historic town of Beaumaris, with its medieval castle, are only about two miles away. Caernarfon and Conwy Castles are also nearby. Anglesey and the rest of North Wales is steeped in history with places to visit spanning from the Neolithic period through to the Industrial Revolution together with large country houses run by organizations such as The National Trust and Cadw .

However, should you be looking for something a little more active, there are watersports, sea fishing trips from Beaumaris Pier, horse riding, cycle routes, coastal walks, beautiful quiet sandy beaches and Snowdonia which offers the challenge of walking and climbing enough to stretch anyone's legs!

There's plenty for children - even on rainy days. Visits to the Sea Zoo, Easter Bunnies, Electric Mountain , Pili Palas , or any of the popular narrow gauge railways.
