Ty Mawr Holiday Cottage is ideal for those who appreciate peace and seclusion without being too far off the beaten track.
Half a mile from a small village and 2 miles from the A5 road it is situated in pleasant countryside on a 60 acre, non working farm and approached from the roadway by a farm lane of about 400 yards which is suitable for cars. It is only 5 miles from Angleseys market town of Llangefni, 5 miles from Menai Bridge and 7 miles from the University City of Bangor. It is about 6 miles from the lovely beach at Llanddwyn, Newborough and less than half an hours drive from Snowdonia.
Spacious Kitchen/Breakfast room with fitted units, full size electric cooker, microwave oven, automatic washing machine and fridge/freezer.
Living room and small sitting room with portable TV.
Three bedrooms one double and two twins, bathroom with flush toilet and shower also a downstairs toilet and utility room. All downstairs rooms have electric fires and there is an emersion heater for hot water. Bed linen and towels are not supplied.
Telephone and parking space. Garden for children to play and they are also allowed the use of the surrounding fields. There is plenty of space for dogs as long as they are kept under control.
Guests are asked not to arrive before 2 pm and to vacate by 10 am on day of departure.
