A fabulous house, sitting on the edge of the Menai Strait, looking across to Caernarfon with the stunning backdrop of Snowdonia.
Original stone walls, beams and timbers from ships combined with careful interior design, subtle lighting and no expense spared on extras such as a hot tub and wine cooler make this a unique holiday cottage experience.
The property is perfectly situated for exploring the island of Anglesey as well as Snowdonia and the beautiful Lleyn Peninsula.
A warm, light, fun open-plan living kitchen with fantastic views and doors opening on to the decked terrace, deep comfy sofas, wood burning stove, TV, DVD and CD player.
The kitchen area is well equipped with a central island work station with refrigerated, wine cooler, electric oven and ceramic hob. There is also a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave and all the utensils you need for creating great meals. (Hoootons Farm Shop is just up the road so you can use locally produced ingredients too!) The patio doors open on to a large decked terrace with glass panels, hot tub, under floor lighting, as well as table and chairs for al fresco meals.
The dining room looks down the Menai Strait towards Y Felinheli with doors opening on to a balcony giving a lovely Mediterranean feel.
Downstairs - 4 bedrooms, two double bedrooms, one with en-suite wet room, shower with loo and wash hand basin, one twin and one single bedroom.
Contemporary bathroom with bath and power shower over, loo and wash hand basin.
The full refurbishment of this house has been underpinned by the owners' desire to offer a fantastic holiday cottage that they would be happy to stay in.
