Our Self Catering Holiday Home is set in a quiet, small development close to Benllech Bay and town, 5 Bryn Goleu in Tyn-Y-Gongl enjoys panoramic views of Snowdonia, and is a short drive/ walk from the long sandy beach at Benllech that is one of Angleseys best beaches and has a blue flag status

Benllech is a small village with a few pubs and offers shops, cafes, take-a-ways and restaurants. An excellent golf course is just seven minutes walk up the road.
The self catering house has been carefully modernised to provide an attractive family holiday home. Easy steps lead to the large garden and there is a large patio area with views to Snowdon.
The spacious lounge has patio doors and a gas fire. The dining area is contained within the large entrance / hallway.
There are four bedrooms: two double rooms, a single room with bunk beds and a single room with a large single bed that contains a pull out bed. All the bedrooms are well appointed.
The kitchen is equipped with electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is a downstairs shower room and toilet and there is an upstairs family bathroom. There is broadband internet access so lap tops can be utilized.
Joined to the kitchen is a large utility / boot room where all beach gear / clothing and footwear can be stored. It is also useful for a dog basket/bed as dogs are welcome but we would ask you to ensure that dogs do not go upstairs during your stay.
The holiday home is available for self catering year round bookings and short breaks are also taken for 3 / 4 night stays. A 30% non refundable deposit is required on booking and payment in full is required 6 weeks prior to your holiday. We would therefore suggest that you consider taking out holiday insurance cover prior to making your booking.
We also require a refundable deposit of £150 to cover any breakages and ask that if during your stay any breakages do occur that you let us know immediately as things may need to be replaced for other guests who may be visiting after you.
One Week stay will be from Saturday to Saturday. The property will be ready after 2pm on the arrival date and we request that you vacate the property no later than 11am on your departure date
