A 32 ft Holiday Caravan situated on the Isle of Anglesey on its own with eight acres of land set back 200 yards from the A4080 Newborough Road in the grounds of a smallholding with plenty of parking and space and outstanding views of the Anglesey Countryside.
It has main services but has a gas cooker and shower water is heated by an automatic water heater.
The kitchen has a dining table and fitted cupboards etc, gas cooker, electric fridge and microwave oven.
The living area has large windows enjoying the lovely views and letting in plenty of sunshine. It has a large gas fire and a portable television.
There are two bedrooms one with a double bed and one with two single beds, both have fitted wardrobes.
The shower room has a flush toilet and wash basin.
The caravan is fully equipped but guests must bring their own bed linen and towels.
Brynsiencyn is a small nicely situated village two miles from the Menai Straits and 6 miles from the beautiful sandy beach at Llanddwyn, Newborough. It is within easy driving distance of Angleseys towns and wonderful coastline. It is two miles from the Menai Straits road bridge which gives access to the North Wales mainland.
The village has a Post Office, Shop, Public House and take away and just as you get into the village there is a Farm Shop and Caf.
Many of Angleseys most popular attractions are nearby. The Anglesey Sea Zoo is at Brynsiencyn as is Foel Farm Park and nearby is Plas Newydd the national Trust Home of Lord and Lady Anglesey.
