from the
A5025, 17 miles from the Britannia Bridge and the main A5. We are within
easy reach of all amenities with the Leisure Centre only minutes
away
offering a wide variety of keep fit options and an indoor swimming
pool.
Many
beautiful beaches can be found around the coast of Anglesey the nearest
of which is only 10 minutes away.
Amlwch
has over 20 miles of public foot paths and can offer anything from a
peaceful stroll to a challenging hike over the clifftops. Take a walk
along the Heritage Trail where spectacular views from the top of Parys
Mountain await you. Visit the Heritage Centre in the Port of Amlwch
and discover the fascinating history of Parys Mountain (copper mine).
Local
fishing or Wreck Diving trips are available from Amlwch Port with sea
trips around the Skerries Lighthouse where you can see seals and seabirds.
For the Golf
enthusiast, why not visit Bull Bay Golf Club which is only five minutes
drive from the hotel.
A few miles
further along the coast road is Wylfa Power station which offers visitors
interesting daily tours.
Continuing
along the coast roads leads you into Holyhead where the Fast Track Ferry
whisks you off to Ireland in just 99 minutes where you can spend a fascinating
day in the city of Dublin.
