‘Fferam y Llyn’ (meaning ‘Lake Farm’) is set on a 400 acre working beef, sheep and arable family farm offering panoramic views of the nearby lake (Llyn Alaw), Snowdonia and the surrounding countryside. Located in the heartland of Anglesey in a quiet rural location, we are an ideal place to unwind, relax and explore the 125 miles of coastline that the Isle of Anglesey offers
We offer two ground floor rooms (one twin room and one double en-suite room) and a double en-suite room upstairs with wonderful views. All rooms have been recently decorated and furnished to a high standard.
Both double rooms can be made into family rooms.

Directions:
After crossing the Britannia Bridge, carry on the A55 to junction 5 signposted Rhosneigr and ‘Llyn Alaw’ (brown signs you will need to follow these signs all the way). Turn right onto the B5112 to Trefor. At Trefor turn left onto the B5109. Take the next right after 400m signposted for Llanddeusant. Carry on this road for approx. 1.5 miles and turn right at the T junction. Take the next right for Llanerchymedd after approx. 1 mile then after 300m turn left for Llanbabo/Carreglefn by a post box. After approx. 1.5 miles you will pass the entrance to ‘Llyn Alaw’ on your right, carry on and take the second left after approx. 1 mile and ‘Fferam y Llyn’ is the first house on the left.
