Conveniently located for all of the sightseeing opportunities of the Lleyn Peninsula and the Snowdonia National Park, Pen y Berthan is a welcoming holiday apartment in Tudweiliog Village that offers spacious and comfortable accommodation for up to four guests. With fabulous views towards the sea and Anglesey to the west and the mountains of Snowdonia to the east, visitors will be charmed by its village location.

The second-floor apartment has two double bedrooms, with one of these large enough to also accommodate a cot. The well-equipped kitchen/diner has a microwave, toaster and fridge freezer, as well as a washing machine. There is a spacious lounge, with TV.

This apartment really comes into its own when it comes to location. It's just a short walk to the sandy beaches of Towyn and Penllech, making it an ideal holiday base for families with small children. There are a small shop and post office in the village, as well as a family-friendly pub, which serves traditional home-cooked food, using locally sourced produce, wherever possible. The pub has a super beer garden, and there is a play area for children.

Guests who enjoy walking can join the coastal path just a few minutes from the apartment. A regular bus service runs between Nefyn and Abersoch, enabling walkers to follow the path to Nefyn and then take the bus back to the village. Further walks can be enjoyed by taking the coastal path in the other direction or taking a circular route around the many footpaths and quiet lanes of the Lleyn peninsula. For visitors looking for a multi-stay walking holiday, the owners of this apartment can arrange to transfer guests luggage to their next destination within the Lleyn peninsula, allowing guests to carry on walking.

For visitors looking for days out sightseeing, there are so many things to choose from. Pwllheli is the closest market town and is just a short drive away. The twice-weekly summer market and the charming lanes filled with boutiques, restaurants and independent shops make Pwllheli well worth a visit. The harbour town of Porthmadog and the popular beach resort of Criccieth are both within easy reach, and both have stunning views out to sea, with a majestic landscape behind.

Tariff £300- £340 per week and £50 per night minimum stay 2 nights.

Booking, Procedure and Conditions
To secure the booking we require a deposit which will be taken when you book online or it can be paid either by cheque, payable to Bethan Prys Jones or by BACS. details available at the time of booking.
A non-returnable deposit of 25% of total amount is required when making reservations (or full amount if booked within 30 days of holiday commencing. Once the booking has been confirmed, you are liable for the full payment in the event of a cancellation. We recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance.

BOOKING ONLINE
An initial 10% deposit is taken to hold the booking, the remainder of the deposit or the full payment if booking within 30 days is required by cheque or BACS within 7 days. Details will be emailed with confirmation.

Breakage Deposit - A £100 deposit is required when paying the balance of your stay. It will be returned if there is no damage after the keys have been returned to us.

Balance of charges is payable by cheque or by BACS 30 days before commencement of holiday (if not received, we reserve the right to retain the deposit and re-let the accommodation).

The Apartment is No Smoking.

Damage or breakage to the accommodation or equipment must be reported and paid for. Visitors are expected to use the apartment with care and are fully responsible and liable for any loss or damage to the property or its contents.

Liability We do not accept responsibility for accidents or personal injury to guests, or inconvenience, loss or damage sustained at the apartment, however caused. Cars, contents, boats, trailers, cycles, luggage etc. and personal items are left at owners risk.

For safety and maximum enjoyment throughout your stay, parents are responsible for and must supervise children and babies at all times.
We reserve the right to withdraw or alter any facilities in the event of an emergency, or other good reason, and to amend our terms should the need arise.

The Apartment will be available for occupation from 3.00 pm on arrival date and must be vacated by 10.00 am on departure date
