Porthmadog Self Catering Accommodation & Short Breaks sleeping 6. Beach Rd holiday accommodation is ideally situated in the seaside village of MORFA BYCHAN, approximately 300 meters away from the well known safe beach of Black Rock Sands with its miles of golden sands and dunes which is popular for all aquatic pastimes.
It is also within easy walking distance of Porthmadog Golf Course, Post Office, General Stores and a Public House. The Bungalow is convenient for exploring the Snowdonia area, Ffestiniog Railway and the recently opened Welsh Highland Railway which takes you from Porthmadog to Carnarvon passing through stunning Welsh scenery.
Porthmadog is only 2 miles away and offers a variety of amenities including a sports and leisure centre providing an indoor swimming pool, squash, tennis and badminton courts. There is also a large Tesco store and petrol station.
The self catering property is centrally heated and double glazed throughout. The house has 3 bedrooms consisting of 1 double, 1 twin and 1 bunk bedded room (sleep 6).
The bathroom has recently been refurbished with bath and fitted shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an electric cooker, fridge, deep freeze and microwave oven. There is also a cot and high chair at the property for our guests to use if necessary. The lounge has a colour t.v, free sat digital, video and there is also a DVD player to use. There is an enclosed secure rear garden, garage and parking spaces for 3 cars / or a boat.
The Bungalow is annually inspected by the Welsh Tourist Board to ensure it has been maintained to their requisite standard of accommodation and comfort.
