Holly Cottage is a pretty little Self Catering Holiday Cottage set in the gardens of Nantyfelin with glimpses of the sea and also of Criccieth Castle. All rooms are centrally heated and are on the ground floor and there are just 2 small steps which lead you into the lounge/dining area. The kitchen has gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine and is just off the main lounge area.. It has plenty of cutlery and crockery but we do not supply kitchen towels and tea cloths. The lounge has a comfy seating area with settee, television with freeview, dvd player and electric living flame fire and there is a dining table and chairs to use when eating indoors but many people choose to eat outside in the garden area or use the patio area for bar b qs. The double bedded room has a comfy bed and we supply free of charge all bedding but not the towels for the bathroom or beach. The en suite shower room has washbasin and wc, and pine furniture makes the bedroom a very comfortable and attractive room. You can park your car just outside the cottage and as we are so central to town you can walk to everywhere, shop, pubs, restaurants etc. This property is also strictly non smoking and gas and electricity meters are read on arrival and departure.

All bed linen is supplied free of charge but neither kitchen or personal towels are included.

All our properties are strictly non smoking.

Bookings are usually Saturday- Saturday

Private parking in the grounds.

Special and short breaks are available during the year so please enquire if you have a request for a certain requirement and we may be able to help.

Gas and electricity are read by meter readings on arrival and departure and charges at the current gas and electricity boards current price per unit.

We also offer a reduced rate for seniors.

Arrival time is after 3.30p.m.and we ask that you leave before 10am on morning of departure

TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Deposit of £100 payable for each week booked, cheques to be made payable Mrs. Ann Reynolds. This deposit is non refundable once the booking is accepted.
The balance is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival and commencement of holiday.
Full amount is payable for all bookings made less than one month in advance.
Bookings commence 4.p.m.on the day of arrival and terminate by 10 am. on the morning of departure unless special arrangements have been made in advance.
No person in excess of the number stated in the booking to occupy a property. Breach of this rule will terminate the contract without recompense to the tenant.
The client agrees to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition, to report breakages and damage and to pay for them prior to departure .Payment will only be requested when this is considered reasonable.
We reserve the right to terminate the visit of any persons(s) whose conduct is detrimental to the comfort of other visitors.
Smoking is strictly not allowed

Note:- For your own protection we strongly recommend that you obtain holiday cancellation insurance as once the booking is accepted the full balance is then due for payment. Provisional bookings can be taken over the telephone although these will only be held for seven days during which the deposit should be paid.If the deposit is not received at the end of seven days we reserve the right to relet the property. We reserve the right to cancel reservations in line with our cancellation policy which is available on request.
