Bryn Aber Bach Cottage Sleeps 4 in comfort
Bryn Aber Bach is a Grade II listed building dating from pre 1800, located in the conservation area of Llangybi, a small rural hamlet inland from Pwllheli and Criccieth. The cottage was renovated to a high standard from a ruin in 2008 with special attention given to 'Green' values such as high insulation and ethically sourced materials.It is graded 4* by the Welsh Tourist Board.

The main bedroom has a king-size bed, freeview television,cot and attached bathroom/wc while the second bedroom has twin beds and attached shower/wc. The living room has seating for five,an inglenook fireplace with wood-burning stove and a 'freeview' television with a dvd player. The kitchen has an electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine plus a table to seat four.
Pwllheli Cottage Bryn Aber Bach has oil-fired central heating. Bed linen and towels are supplied included in the rental. There is off-road parking for two cars.
To the rearof the cottage there is a small terraced garden with table and chairs allowing views over the churchyard to the surrounding countryside. A propane gas BBBQ is provided. There is also a washing line here.
There are a variety of beaches between Pwllheli and Porthmadog only a short drive away and further beaches such as Abersoch, Aberdarton and Nefyn also make a pleasant day out. Alternatively driving inland one can go walking and sightseeing in Snowdonia via Beddgelert.
Things to see, in addition to the mountains and lakes, include the Welsh Highland and Ffestiniog steam railways, the Osprey reserve at Pont Croesor and the castles at Caernarfon,Criccieth and Harlech. Nearby is the Glaslyn Adventure Park which has go-karts, quadbikes, bowling and other attractions for younger people. There is a good off-road cycle route from nearby Bryncir to Caernarfon.
