NEW FOR 2012 - ANN'S BARN is a luxury self-catering holiday cottage situated in the foothills of the Brecon Beacons within the heart of the Brecon Beacons National Park. It is ideally suited for those who wish to walk Pen-y-fan and all the main peaks with miles of uninterrupted walking and no need to use the car. It is the perfect base for mountain biking, horse riding and centrally located for sightseeing.
The Barn has been attractively converted from an old traditional Welsh stone barn with great oak beams, oak floors and thick stone walls. It has been thoughtfully restored to a high standard with co-ordinating fabrics and stylishly furnished making it a warm and comfortable place to stay whatever the weather and with all the home comforts you could possibly want.
From our Brecon Beacons self catering accommodation are the most wonderful views across this peaceful and tranquil valley overlooking a newly created pond already home to Canadian geese and wild ducks and numerous other wild water fowl. The adjoining wild flower meadow has an abundance of wildlife with a waterfall, mountain stream and a bluebell wood.
It is the perfect place to stay and enjoy a restful de-stressing break away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
