Sleeping four in comfort and with stunning views of the Black Mountains and the Llantony Valley, Great Llwygy Farm cottage offers holidays and self catering breaks in the beautiful Brecon Beacons.
The holiday cottage dates back to 1590 now fully refurbished to the highest standards demanded of todays tourists and visitors. The self catering Long cottage is built on four levels on a hillside with views of the valley and the Village just a mile away with a post office, shop and the oldest Pub in Wales.
Great Llwygy Farm and the cottage stand in 147 acres of glorious Welsh countryside ideal for relaxing and enjoying the tranquillity the Brecon Beacons provide or for the more adventurous the area has many attractions and activities to enjoy like mountain biking, hang gliding, canoeing, and pony trekking to mention but a few.
The market town of Abergavenny is close by with its many local shops as well as larger chain stores and supermarkets. The Pubs, Country Inns & restaurants in the area offer excellent refreshments serving real ales, fine wines and meals using locally sourced Welsh produce should you decide to eat out during your stay.
